Palm Wax
- Palm wax comes from palm trees which are cultivated on private plantations.
- The fruit is pressed to extract the palm oil. Then the virgin palm oil is hydrogenated into pure palm wax crystals.
- Palm wax creation is no threat to rainforests or the organutan ecosystems.
- Palm wax is eco-friendly.
Benefits
No two candles are the same! Each candle sparkes with its own unique pattern.
Palm wax holds fragrance differently than soy or any other wax. Locked deep in the palm crystals, unlit candles have a very subtle fragrance. Unlike some candles that seem to run out of fragrance, you’ll enjoy the fragrance of your scented candles right to the bottom of the candle!
Palm is an environmentally-friendly wax. The fruits used to make our wax are harvested while the tree continues to grow. Palm wax is fully biodegradable. Palm oil is a renewable resource and the orchards require manual labor to maintain, providing work for many farmers in Third World countries.
Palm wax candles are very hard, smooth and dry. They can withstand summer heat without bending or melting and don't have an "oily" feel.
Why are you not seeing palm wax candles in stores? Palm wax is more expensive than paraffin and so it is not often used to mass produce candles. We'd love to have our products in your store! Please email us at info@palmtreecandlecompany.com and request a wholesale order form!

Candle Burning Tips
Palm Wax is unique...for best results, burn votives in a small votive cup the same height or taller. Burn pillars the first time until the melted wax is approximately 1/4 inch from the sides of the candle, extinguish and let harden, then relight and enjoy!
- Keep wicks trimmed to 1/4"
- Burn only on heat resistant surface
- Keep out of drafts
- Discontinue use when only 1/2" wax remains at bottom
- Do not move while burning and wax is hot
- Keep out of reach children and pets
- Never leave a burning candle unattended
